06, hourly rate Internal from 7/10/2023 9AM until 7/13/2023 9AM What you'll do Blender Assistants verify the pulling and staging of all ingredients to be dumped/pumped up for the Blender's production.
Must work closely with Blenders, other Blender Assistants and fellow Team members while supporting their needs.
Follow instructions and communicate product changes, clean ups, or any problems that deviate from schedule or hinders efficiencies.
Must be able to solve problems and have ability to perform complex hose/line connections to redirect flows as required.

must know how to perform all lab test needed to support the blending process and be able to log them manually and/or electronically.
All documentation must be accurate and done timely.
Must follow GMP, Safety, SSOP, SOP and HACCP procedures.
Must use mechanical aptitude to facilitate trouble shooting valves, pumps, meters, solenoids and valve matrix.
Attend Team meetings and rotate into the various roles on the Team.
Cross train in other areas of the B.

Train new Blender Assistants as required.
Communicate (verbally, in writing and via e-mail) with team members, other departments and management to ensure that all demands and requirements are met.
Perform tasks in outside tank area as needed.
Follow all instructions and work with minimum supervision.
Must obtain a Class B FNG Forklift Operator License within 30 days of assuming this position.
Must be able to learn FNG's computerized RFX inventory program and computerized blending.
Must wear slip resistant, steel toed shoes/boots.
Regular attendance required.
Must interact cordially with co-workers Perform any other duties assigned.
Due to the significant amount of steps/stairs contained in our production facility, employees must have the ability to navigate steps/stairs in a safe manner.
What we're looking for High school diploma or GED required.
Must pass FNG's Blender Assistant Assessment with a minimum score of 70%.
Must be able to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.
Must be able to convert weights and measures and convert case counts to gallons and batches.
Must be able to read, interpret and follow written instructions including recipes, safety information, SOP's, SSOP's, HACCP and GMP's.
Must be able to learn and understand flow patterns and hook-ups required to get juice products from tanks and dumpers to blend tanks.
Must be able to calculate ingredients needed to make required batches.
Must pass the Mechanical Aptitude Test.
MSSC, CQIA, or Lean Bronze certifications preferred.
Blending experience preferred.
Food processing or manufacturing experience helpful.
Forklift experience preferred.
Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
During general clean-ups and maintenance, must be able to lift 75 pounds with assistance from coworker.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include:
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to flavor juices/drinks including, but not limited to, citrus juices/drinks.
Must be able to sense, by smell, whether or not juices/drinks are spoiled.
Ability to enter restricted, confined spaces including blend tanks and other tanks preferred.
Must have excellent problem solving skills and learning abilities.
Must be able to learn all lab tests associated with blending.
Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude.
Must communicate well, verbally and in writing.
Must learn how to train new Blender Assistant Must be willing to cross train in other jobs.
Must be able to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to learn all aspects of the blend floor to fill in when needed.
Active participation and support of the plant safety program is required.
Must be able to blend in new Blending and original blending, to fill in as needed.
