Responsibilities:
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats.
Make outbound calls/texts/emails in correspondence to internet inquiries about vehicles.
Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work at a high level in a fast paced environment daily.
Excellent computer skills required.
Excellent written and verbal skills Job Type:
