-Maintain positive relationships with sponsors and donors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of fundraising strategies and experience in donor relationship management - Proficiency in software applications such as Raiser's Edge or other donor management systems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer service and public relations - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals - Knowledge of animal welfare laws and regulations - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
