USIG is looking for a General Manager for our Lake Wales, FL facility.
Job Description Manage all flooring installation projects Supervise subcontractor flooring crews and office personnel Manage the process, reporting, and resolution of escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction following facility performance standards.
Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction based on the performance of facility operations.
Display a sense of urgency to address and satisfy customer issues.
Present new ideas to improve the level of service that customers receive and implement new business strategies.
Job Requirements Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with many structured customer touchpoints.
Previous Management/Supervision experience is required.
Big box retail management experience is a plus.

years of flooring installation, construction, job site inspection experience, or retail management, especially in the home improvement industry, is required.
Product knowledge of multiple flooring surfaces is a plus.
