81 an hour Duties - Develop and implement age-appropriate educational curriculum and lesson plans for preschool students - Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development - Provide a safe and secure environment for children, ensuring their well-being and welfare at all times - Plan and organize daily activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play - Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing additional support when needed - Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns or questions - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress for each student Skills - A passion for educating young children and fostering their growth and development - Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities - Experience working with preschool-aged students, understanding their unique needs and characteristics - Knowledge of toddler care techniques, including feeding, diapering, and comforting - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and respect - Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices for child welfare - Proficiency in basic math concepts to introduce early numeracy skills Note:
