Maintenance Director Position Summary The Maintenance Director is responsible for directing the Maintenance Department and all related tasks.
Their leadership role includes the following
Responsibilities:
Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance.
Review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc.
at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator.
Prepare operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitors monthly.
Direct other staff within the Maintenance Department and oversee their work ethic.
Perform any related tasks assigned by the Administrator or Regional Maintenance Director.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
