Process incoming bills of lading and other documentation sent in via mobile enabled software from driver/driver payroll department.
Understand necessary aspects of EBE technologies including imaging, workflow and ships mobile-com app.
Coordinate and communicate with driver payroll to move paperwork when needed and help expediate driver pay when applicable.
Coordinate and communicate with customer service reps and other operations staff as necessary.
Questions and answers must be resolved to maintain complete and accurate billing.
Work with document management software to retrieve wash tickets, BOL's and all necessary customer request to process accessorial billings.
Read and understand customer contracts provided by Sales department to ensure an understanding of customer requirements when invoicing.
Learn AS400 and all rating and billing aspects of issuing an invoice including month-end and daily closes.
Understand the customer specifics on billing i.

, dedicated spreadsheets and/or accessorial formats including customer BOL/PO/Lumper requirements when applicable.
Must have office experience to include Microsoft skills - Outlook, Excel and Word Job Type:
