Responsibilities/ Duties (included but not limited to) Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain customer's concerns and any other relevant vehicle information.
Serve as communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and ability to communicate the needed service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Prepare repair orders.
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
GM experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Multi-tasker Familiarity with CDK Dealer Software is a plus but not necessary.
