Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
You will play a key role in providing a solid foundation for their future education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff - Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment - Incorporate literacy education into daily activities and lessons - Promote social skills and emotional development through interactive play and group activities - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents as needed - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities - Proficient in classroom management techniques - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Experience in daycare or early intervention programs is a plus We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
