Summary:
The primary goal of the Member Services Associate (MSA) is to grow contributed revenue to Bok Tower Gardens.
The MSA will engage with visitors to encourage them to become supporters, place outbound phone calls to steward current supporters, and invite them to support the Gardens at increased levels, process membership applications and send renewal reminders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Deliver high level customer service and elevated member experience through communication by call, outreach activities, email, or other means to build and support meaningful relationships.
Working closely with Member Services Manager to develop and implement engagement strategies.
Working closely with Member Services Manager to identify member prospects for enhanced donor stewardship and cultivation, generating increased levels of support based on performance metrics.
Works collaboratively with the Membership and Visitor Engagement teams to meet revenue goals for Membership and Annual Fund Process memberships accurately and efficiently via Point-of-Sale system.
Ensures the integrity of data quality, maintaining up-to-date contact information, and critical data points.
Provides essential administrative support when necessary for member, donor, and prospect interactions.
Keep informed of current and future Gardens events and activities; communicate opportunities for events and activities to current and potential supporters.
Conduct outreach activities such as telephone calls, emails, tours and other stewardship activities.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to confidently interact with visitors and supporters independently.
Ability to exemplify superior customer service skills in a service-oriented environment and to project a positive, professional image to the public Ability to proactively engage with prospective supporters Excellent time management skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously under a variety of deadlines and other constraints Ability to understand and interpret instruction to work effectively and efficiently independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team; natural problem-solving ability Attention to detail and accuracy with regard to handling data and executing reports Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel; preference given for candidates with donor database experience Requirements:

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales, relationship management, and public contact; excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors in person or on the telephone a plus Previous cash-handling and computer experience; database experience helpful WORKING CONDITIONS:
Continual communication with staff, volunteers, visitors, and management Position includes weekends, holidays including occasional evening work related to membership to provide staff support for special events Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, crouching, or light lifting (up to 30 lbs.
) Continual or Prolonged periods of time standing and periodic walking through the Garden Ability to work outside in Florida weather year-round 4-6 hr.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
