For more information, please visit . Staff Management, a leading provider of staffing solutions, has an immediate opening for a Recruiter at our busy manufacturing facility in Lake Wales, FL. For this position, you must have excellent communication skills and above average computer skills. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities within our facility in Lake Wales, FL. You will be responsible for placing advertisements, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions and managing all new hire paper work. For this position, we prefer at least one year of previous recruitment experience. You will also be attending job fairs and recruiting in the local community, reliable transportation is required. The typical schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, but you must work outside of these hours when necessary. Responsibilities " Maintain strong Organizational and Communication skills " Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) " Have strong customer service skills " Process full cycle of recruiting on potential candidates (from interviewing and placing advertisements to conducting Orientations, submitting background checks, and drug tests) " Create new employee files " Identify resolutions to issues and able to work in a fast paced environment " Analyze reports on a weekly basis to identify recruitment needs " Meet with the Senior Account Manager and with the client to understand and analyze the recruitment forecast Requirements " High School/GED " Experience in Human Resources is a plus " Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment " Experience in the Food Industry is a plus " Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word) " Strong Customer Service and Client Relations " Eager and able to learn in a fast paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
